She claims she was never intimate with Alex, but says that he did use her agency numerous times after they met.
Davis told New York Daily News,
“In regard to Alex, all I can say is our paths have definitely crossed personally and professionally. Throughout the years, there were a number of clients that I befriended and it was not uncommon for them to want the women they can’t have whether it be the phone bookers or the madam.”
She has also recently been quoted as saying of A-Rod, “I’m not going to deny there was a relationship there. Let’s just say there’s some sort of connection there.”
She claims she met the athlete in a Philadelphia gym a couple years ago and they hit it off instantly. He asked her what she was doing that night and she responded that she was going to be with her boyfriend. So she gave him her agency’s card, and later that evening he called and booked 2-hours with one of the girls.
However, Alex’s desire to bed Davis did not go away. She claims he pestered her with gifts, emails and phone calls. In fact, one of the exchanged emails was leaked by a former employee of Davis’.
Nov. 17, 2006:
A-Rod: “Thanks for setting me up with Samantha. She was gorgeous. But she is not you. When can I see you you are gorgeous.”
Davis: “Hi Alex. You don’t want to see me. I’m no fun. lol. Just because your (sic) so sweet, here are some pics of me and I appreciate the compliments. Your (sic) a doll. Thanks, Kristin”
Rodriguez: “You have been playing hard to get for a year now, your (sic) killing me.”
Davis: “It’s not playing I am hard to get. Maybe you should try harder.”
Rodriguez: “Kristin, I definitely will and I love the pics. I put the one on my cell so I can look at you all the time. Alex.”
Davis: “You are too sweet. I’ll let you know when I get someone you like.”
One thing is for sure, neither can spell “you’re”.
Divorcing Alex was the best thing Cynthia Rodriguez could have done. What a piece of work he is.
You know, I live in Seattle and I remember when A-Rod first came on the scene. He was a fresh faced kid, 175 pounds when wet, eager and appreciative of his newfound fame. He was adorable, and likable. Now he is none of those things. He’s morphed into an egotistical pompous self-serving “superstar”.

Lindsay’s cash flow is tight right now so she charges things and spends girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s cash freely.
Among her recent purchases are a $30K Rolex and a new Maserati which is worth about $100K.
A supposed friend of LiLo’s told the NY Daily News, “Lindsay is spending like crazy! She’s living on credit right now. She has no cash. The problem is, the money being spent is mostly Sam’s because Lindsay doesn’t really have any of her own at the moment; she’s really taken on the ‘man’ role in their romance. Sam really thinks Lindsay needs to learn how to become a recessionista and manage her money better.”
Another source agreed. “Lindsay’s money situation has never been great, but it’s only gotten worse over the last month. For every dollar she makes, she spends double. Her personal appearance fees are literally the only thing keeping her afloat. But here’s the rub: Because of her explosive relationship with Sam, she’s unable to get the type of cash she’s used to. The negative press and constant appearance cancellations are hurting her pocketbook.”
Lindsay told Nylon magazine recently that she is seeking employment and is considering modeling. She also claims to have aan upcoming project with Sean Penn.
